Reluctantly selling my beloved baby since I have a new 911 Turbo S in the same color coming in 2 mos.
2012 911 Turbo S in GT Silver with black interior ($178020 MSRP new). At 530 HP, it was the fastest car under $1 million when it was built. It's driven very modestly. I originally searched for 4 months for this exact color combo, the only one I wanted, and bought it sight unseen from Scottsdale Ferrari with 8076 miles on it. Suntek (full hood, ½ front and sides) and ceramic coating installed by an expert shop.
Includes brand new mats, receipts, all manuals, 1 key (I lost the other key during Covid). It's ready for it's 30,000 mi service and will need new tires soon. The front splitter has some curb rash at the very bottom center part so I guess if you're a perfectionist you could replace the that. Most people wouldn't notice it but I'm a bit OCD about this car.
Yes, the car was actually driven in the 7 years I've owned it. People think it looks new when they look at it but it's not 100% perfect. I nitpik every tiniest imperfection but basically, it's stunning. Pictures were taken today 10.31.21. You can see all the options in the pictures. You can contact me anytime about the car, I eat, breath, and sleep Porsche 911 Turbos and am on the forums all the time. It has a Fidelity Platinum Warranty that I got when it was new to me that expires 8 12 22 - it's transferable so if you want to pay $40 by check to Fidelity, that will happen.
I usually clean it once or twice a week by hand, and clean and condition the leather with Leatherique every 6 mos. The seats, front and back are in great shape as are the seat side bolsters. I had it ceramic coated 3 years ago as well by the best guy in our area, it took him 2 days to paint correct it and ceramic coat it. . Only mod is clear side markers. Car always garage kept and never tracked.
It's been serviced by Silver Spring and Rockville MD Porsche only.

This is a beautiful car and performance bargain! It will be worth a lot more than the sale price moving forward. 997s are all going up in value and the GT3 was the first to hit the MSRP metric (market value = MSRP). The Turbo/S and GTS are in the same category and not far behind. GLWTS!
Deposit taken by a local gentleman and an avid Porsche lover like me... will reply back if the deal goes through (balance to be paid by Monday). OMG I'm going to miss this car. It still looks and drives "as new".
Congrats Steve!! I know EXACTLY how you feel about giving up the 997....When my identical car was traded last year, I had the same feelings...Still do...BUT, I love love Love my new to me 991.2TTS even more. You'll love the 992TTS also. It's going to blow you away how much more refined it is. I know you don't drive aggressively at all compared to me and others, but the 992 will be SO much more of a car.
