This a complete kit.  I followed the instructions here. https://rennlist.com/forums/997-foru...ispreloading=1  Post #30.  All the parts listed for attaching to lid are included.  The snorkels are included but one of them is broken.  It is included so you can see the part #.  You can also just swap the one from your existing lid over as well.  This will fit any 997.2 without having to modify the intake.  Simply disconnect the connector, screw it in and go to your local dealership to code out the rear spoiler so you don't get a warning light.

I paid over $4000 with parts shipping and paint.  Yours for $2250.  I would prefer local pickup, but will ship Greyhound Express at buyer's expense.
