Yes. Haven’t been marketing it. Forgot to take ad down from last year. But I think I’ve found a car, so will be looking to sell over next few weeks.

Always parked in garage. Apart from 2 or 3 times, where either garage out of action or road so busy I couldnt get to the garage. yes car is in that location. I'd be amazed if you've seen this car parked on the road, as it's so rarely done.

I live about 5 blocks away so I think I just mentally register when I see clean 911s around. And there's quite a few 996s I see nearly daily in our area, so it might be a different one. I'm actually considering another DD since my GT3 while amazing isn't ideal daily, so I might be a buyer for this if it sticks around (I'm out of town for a week).
