Long time Rennlister (since 2007) with lots of positive history owning & selling my Porsche's. I love them and usually buy one every year or so.
I bought this 997 C4 Cabriolet in May of this year in San Francisco and had a wonderful drive home with my wife. Top down all 1000 miles!
The optional windscreen blocks the wind and makes highway driving fun.
I think it important to mention the car just had Bore Score Inspection at top Porsche shop in Seattle aker's Porsche and Cylinders are in great condition.
The report and photos along with a long list of services I just had performed come with the car.
**All proper services since new recorded on Carfax and all of them done at Porsche Dealer.

Prior to my drive home to Seattle, I had the 2 engine Idler Pulleys replaced with new belt. Also had new front trunk struts & new engine & cabin air filters.
All work done at 40 year Porsche shop auto Sport Haus in downtown SF my go-to guy. Frank owner is Porsche race mechanic from Germany.

**3 weeks ago at 87,600 miles I had the following work done at Aker's Porsche my shop of 35 years:
-New clutch
-Flywheel
-Rear Main Seal
-Water pump
-Thermostat
-Coils
-Plugs
-New Front hood Struts
-Coolant flush
-**Bore Scope Inspection - Excellent results no scoring and cylinders look great**

Car is in very good condition - Brakes have plenty of life and car drives as it should and always garaged. Nice paint and interior. Some tiny rock chips on nose and lower hood. They don't really show in photos - Also lower valance area has some rock chips - Very minor but want to mention.
Interior very good as well as the convertible top. Passengers seat bottom has some dried leather on edges from sun.
Hvac buttons (TEMP-FAN) are worn like most of them - I have brand new pair to install that go with car.
*Carfax shows minor damage to drivers side rear fender which happened about 3 years ago. Previous owners son rubbed bicycle against fender and put a 4" scrape on fender edge so fender painted at top quality shop and went through insurance and reason on Carfax - Looks absolutely perfect and excellent paint match.
Everything works as it should and windshield is in excellent condition with no rock chips.
*Car will need front tires soon - Rears are brand new Michelin Pilots with about 3K miles on them.
