Well maintained and very clean 997.1 GT3. The car has only been owned in CA, NV, and WA its entire life. Service records from me and the previous owner.    

New spark plugs, ignition coils, brake fluid flush -- 2.2k miles ago.  
New Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires -- 3.5k miles ago.
New genuine Porsche windshield -- <5.5k miles ago (I used it with a film - now removed, didn't see a single dent).

Clear bra / PPF on the half of the hood, headlights, front bumper, side mirrors, rocker panels. I personally checked all surfaces (not covered with film) with a paint meter - no signs of repainting.

Clean title and CarFax.

All user manuals + 2 keys + original window sticker (some text faded) + Porsche Certificate (Production Specifications).

Full inspection last fall - no problems found, showed great compression, leakdown, and clean DME (no over revs at all).
