These are the ones!!  Removed from my 997.2 GT3, and in great condition.  Airbags intact and ready to bolt into a Carrera or Cayman from 2005 on up.

Carbon fiber shells are in perfect 10/10 condition
Passenger seat leather is in great 9/10 condition
Driver's seat leather is in 8-8.5/10 with some wear on outside bolster from entry/exit (the seatbelt covers the majority of this).  All is shown in pics.
Alcantara centers are in great 9/10 condition

No rips, no tears and no scratches on carbon.

Alcantara head rest covers are included for additional protection.

Brey Krause sub bars included (and already installed) to mount the sub belt from a 5/6 point racing harness.

Shipping is available at an additional cost but local pickup is strongly preferred.  I have no idea what it will cost to ship these seats but assume over $500 to do it properly.
