Up for sale is an OEM carbon fiber hood from a 991 GT3 RS. This hood is dry carbon, with the distinctive channel down the middle of the hood. It weighs a shockingly light 8lbs! 

The hood is painted White (0Q) and is wrapped with 3M PPF. I purchased it from a dealership who ordered it for a customer, but the corner has a hairline crack and so the customer refused it. The crack is not structural, and is only visible if you actively look for it. If you paint the hood, the crack can be filled with resin for a full repair. I never bothered as the hood is the correct color for my car. Only selling because I'm putting the car back to stock in advance of ordering a 992 Touring as soon as they come available.

The hood sells for $20k new. Asking $5k picked up or $6k shipped to the lower 48 states (if buyer has a shipping account, you are welcome to send me a label instead).
