I have decided to put up for sale my highly optioned 2018 GT3 Touring. I am the second owner of this engineering marvel. The first owner was located in California. Its been taken well care of and always garaged. I've driven it twice in the rain.
It has a clean Carfax and has never been repaired or modified. Its on the original Michelin PS Cup 2s. The body and wheels have no chips, dents, or scuffs. The front lip and rear diffuser "fins" have some light scratching (photos on request)
It has almost every option checked including:

Back in 2019 I listed my PTS Touring with $195k MSRP and only couple hundred miles on it for $225K and end up selling it for less.
I wonder how much that one would have been listed for these days.
Also I passed on buying a another PTS Touring with $199K MSRP and 1500miles on it for $195k last February and now I am all regrets.
