All you need is the mesh pieces and the plastic that holds that mesh in place, you use your original corner lights and fog lights, they fit on this bumper. Everything else you see on the bumper is included

yes it will work but you would need to get the parking sensors retrofitted at a body shop, shouldnt be too much work.
