Description:

Hey everyone! Looking to let go of this car that I dreamt of when I was younger. Alas, when I purchased the car CPO from Porsche of Danbury, I didn't think I'd be starting a family with my wife so soon - but here we are! So basic specs:

2015 991.1 GT3, clean title and Carfax with no accidents

PTS Ice Blue Metallic
40,7XX miles (will slowly creep up as I drive it more)
Adaptive 18 way sports seats
PCCB
Front axle lift
White instrument dials
LED Headlights
Fuel cap with aluminium finish
Extended fuel tank

Here's the vin analytics: https://vinanalytics.com/car/WP0AC2A96FS184247/

Now on to the mods: ALL services were done by Porsche of Larchmont, Speedsport Tuning, ACI Dynamix, and AutoCouture. No penny was pinched and I always ensured that oil changes were done on time or when recommended by Porsche of Larchmont. I'll haggle to high hell for parts, but happily spent for quality service. The names listed above are reputable and did excellent work on the car with no issues.

OEM Porsche Cup fenders/front flip painted to match the PTS exterior (parts provided by Jamie @ Dundon Motorsports, painted by Speedsport Tuning) ($1500ish)
OEM Porsche Cup front splitter to match the fender flares ($192)
Vorsteiner VFN 512 20"/21" custom 2 piece wheels made specifically for cup fenders with aggressive fitment ($4,050)
Michelin Pilot Sport 4S , 265/30/20 up front and 325/25/21 out back ($1,550)
991.2 steering wheel with alcantara top and bottom and perforated leather at 9 and 3, with yellow stripe at 12 o'clock ($3,000)
JCR Long Tube Inconel race manifolds/headers ($6,000)
SOUL valved side muffler bypass ($1,400)
SOUL center muffler bypass with 4" exhaust tips ($1,000)
APR GTC-500 wing ($2,300)
SOUL/Eurodynamix ECU tune (424whp on mustang dyno, no CEL, 9250 RPM redline) ($1,000)
AWE Wind Deflector
Agency Power PDK shifter
35% ceramic tint around windows and 50% on front and back windshields

I have well over $22,000 invested in the car, and that isn't including the labour costs! But I didn't care because I modified it to my tastes and genuinely didn't think I'd be selling it anytime soon. I always envisioned driving my daughter in it and her having a hoot whenever I hit the throttle a bit. However, the need for a more family friendly car + the fact that the car reminds me of my father whenever I look at the passenger seat (passed away from Covid) means I'm finding it equally as difficult to keep as it is to let go.

I will include/provide the following with the car:

Flash OEM tune (at your request, you may keep the flash tune if you'd like to)
Remove the side window decals that have a now defunct Instagram handle
Include the following OEM parts: wing, PDK shift **** (not in the best shape), headers, side muffler bypass, and center exhaust. NOTE: I will have to look for the OEM exhaust components, but I do believe I have all of the ones I've listed. If I do not, I'll update this thread immediately. I cannot currently visit where the parts are stored but will do so as soon as I physically can.

I am in no real rush to sell, and am still enjoying the car when the weather permits, so the mileage will creep up slowly. The car was not treated like a garage queen and I enjoyed every mile I put on it. With the straight pipe exhaust, the car is very loud on the outside, but isn't so bad in cabin (I have regular conversations with my wife in it without shouting). If you're willing to live with the attention and the work-around needed to pass emissions/inspection - the car is a monster sound-wise. The sound you hear and feel (yes, feel) when you floor it in any gear is unlike any other. However, while keeping a lighter right food, you can easily daily this and have long drives. I drove to Toronto and back from NYC completely straight piped with my wife and there was no issues whatsoever.

Asking $110,000.

Not interested in any trades, and will not part out. If the car doesn't sell in a few months, I will consider going back to stock (or as stock as I can haha) and then selling. Again, I'm not in a rush to sell so I'm hoping someone that would want to modify their GT3 in a similar way comes and swoops it.

Feel free to PM with any questions! We can exchange numbers after a PM since I do not like randomly giving my number out.

I love that color and I’m surprised it was available as PTS. I remember when Porsche introduced that color on the 997.2 Turbo S, they made very few as I believe they were having issues painting it reliably. Clearly not an issue by the time the 991 came out!

Do you know if this car was originally registered in 2014 or 15 , better yet 2016 ? I ask because that's how PNA bases the 10 year Extended engine warranty.

While I totally appreciate all the mods , had this been closer to stock I'd consider tendering an offer., but I will add it to my maybe-list.

Beautiful car. I have a black 15' with Cup Fenders that i wrecked at Laguna due to a coolant spill. Loved that car. If this would have come up for sale just a bit sooner, i would have been all over this. Unfortunately i have purchased another car. GLWS

That color is amazing. Also no longer available as PTS, based on the short list of approved colors that were available in mid-2020. That steering wheel is pretty damn nice too, but I don't see it available (aftermarket?) on the Suncoast Parts website, which just saved me $3k.

I remember when I was on the hunt for a GT Silver GT3 because my wife loves silver on cars, but when I saw this Ice Blue Metallic - even the wifey couldn't say no. It's a softer colour, but it looks so damned good in person when it's clean. Unfortunately, I'm absolutely terrible at keeping her clean since I daily her and work so much.

As far as I know, the 10 year extended engine warranty is based off when the car was first registered? I'll get in touch with the service guy that's been handling my GT3 for a few years now and get a definitive answer. In terms of the mods and being back to stock - I understand! I'm including the original wing and what not in case the mods aren't to your liking. The wing itself is worth the amount of labour it'd cost to turn everything back to stock! And the ECU tune - it's a bit of a risk, but the 3.8L 9A1 in my GT3 has run pretty strong. The hope is that the flash to stock tune would mean that if any problems were to occur, they'd be on the stock tune and Porsche shouldn't be able to blame an old tune.

Nothing wrong with two cars but thank you!

It's genuinely staggering in person. You wouldn't be disappointed at all. Cheers!

There are a few hours of driver's ed on the car, but no actual track miles. I always told myself "I'll hit the track next season after more lessons because I don't want to wreck it", but being a younger lad at the helm of new businesses means little to no time.

I actually have the OEM gloss black wheels. They've got winter tyres (Pilot Alpin PA4) on them because I drove this car in the snow. Traction control off + snow wheels = big fun. But because of the fender flares, I didn't put them on this winter. I was going to sell them separately, but if anyone is interested in them I'll be happy to sell 'em or include them in the price at an additional cost.

The steering wheel is based on a 991.2 GT3. I purchased it off eBay actually; the seller is someone that modifies OEM steering wheels to desired spec. So I requested yellow 12 o'clock stripe, leather sides, and alcantara everywhere else. Cost a pretty penny, but well worth it since the 991.2 GT3 has significantly better feeling paddles and looks way better IMO.
