Thanks for your interest. I have a folder full of service records and can send you the carfax. Original clutch. IMS was tracked (oil testing), and the oil is changed every 3k miles and every go fast event. I inspect the oil and the filter as well. At this point, with the mileage, it is unlikely to be one of the rare faulty bearings.
