Selling my 996 after two and a half years of ownership. It's a daily driver that's in great shape, with some cosmetic signs of wear and tear, but mechanically solid and well-maintained. IMS/RMS taken care of, and just put a new clutch in it ~500 miles ago.

- Battery replaced last February
- Clutch replaced w/ OEM, plugs and coils replaced, IMS bearing inspected, at 128,159 miles

Clean title in-hand, no liens, no accidents. I am the 4th or 5th owner (Carfax reporting is unclear), and have a Carfax report from when I bought it with ownership and service history going back to the beginning, along with a PPI report I got when I bought it. Physical service records going back to the IMS replacement in 2016.
