Description:
*Edited to add: after doing a little research, this seems to be literally the last 6 speed GTS produced for the U.S. market, and number 178 of 178 produced in 2009.*
Testing the waters. This is a very well sorted 2009 Cayenne GTS 6 Speed. Factory hitch, Bose, Bluetooth, Sirius, Xenons, heated seats, PCM/Nav.
Cardan shaft (correct OEM), engine mounts, oil pan and gasket, upper control arms/shock mounts and paint correction/2 coat ceramic were done in 2020. Clutch was done in 2019. Tstat done in 2018. Put over $10,000 in in 2020.
Drives like a dream, super solid, no issues.
Would possibly trade for a well optioned 2013/2014 Cayenne GTS with cash coming my way.

I paid over $30,000 for the car, put well over $10,000 into the car, and put the time and effort into understanding how to get the car properly sorted for the long term. Something you are clearly not interested in.
Now move along, sonny.

There is a Facebook Cayenne GTS 6 speed owners group, a member there has a 2010 model year 6MT.
Production numbers are all over the place on these...151 MY 08, 183 MY 09, no numbers published by Porsche for MY 2010. I always believed them to be world wide production numbers. Another Rennlister stated that his 09 was one of just 36 that model year in the US.
Just wondering, always interested in these production numbers. I have two 09 GTS 6MT’s...both with PDCC. One is essentially totaled, due to a horrifically botched repair. Eventually the shop of insurance company will take possession of it. The second one is my DD.
Apologies for being long winded, but I have an enormous appreciation for these three pedal ute’s.

The Best Porsche Posts for Porsche Enthusiasts
Great question, and not long winded at all. I based it on the VinAnalytics report, which I have generally found to be pretty accurate.
I am also a member of the FB group (great group, BTW), and have seen those posts from the owner who has a 2010. I always considered that "anecdotal", and wondered whether it was trans-shipped from another market, since every other source says that Porsche only made a 6 speed GTS for the U.S. market in 2008-2009.
I added the VinAnalytics report for this Cayenne to the listing. I am waiting for a response from Porsche.
I am really torn about this sale, and just took it out for a drive today... they are pretty special.
Happy to hear any further info that exists!
Thanks!
Rick
