I recently removed this arm rest from my 991. It is the one with the Porsche crest embossed onto it. I purchased it from a Porsche dealer for ~$230. I would rate the condition a 9 out of 10 for minor wear.
This is for the non-extended version as shown in the actual pictures.
i have a matching alcantera PDK shifter available. It is listed in another post.

Your first image shows extended height armrest (aka. 991.2) with stitches on the sides but it looks like you're seeing non-extended 991.1 version from actual images. Good luck with sales.
