I guess the proper question would be: Did the PPI happen? If so, was something uncovered?
Buyers are flaky sometimes.
So the seller got back to me via private message and although the PPI actually DID happen, he wasn't comfortable posting the issue publicly. Out of respect, I won't disclose it either so if you want more info, I guess you'll need to contact him via private message.

Hi for the record the PPI was clean as reviewed with the potential buy at the time. Out of respect to him, he had his reasons why he decided to not purchase the car which I will not disclose publicly in this forum.
