PCCB's have holes in them.
What build sheet are you looking at? Original Monroney?
I look a the pictures and the disk looks shiny, like iron. However it also looks like I can see hat bolts, for which the CTT steel brakes are one piece rotors.
I'm going to bet these are PCCB's as the rotor size looks larger than 390.
