Surprised this hasn't sold yet. These tourings are incredible cars and not easy to find.

Agreed. I’ve been scouring the market and if this is still available I’m surprised too.

There have been very few precedents of Touring sales with +10k miles (I recall a black one with matte PPF in LA that was on Cars.com a few months back). I think that makes it hard for even a buyer who has been following the market (and seller for that matter) to triangulate on the “right” price.

But buy with confidence! These cars are amazing and I applaud the seller for actually driving it; I’ve barely cracked the 2K barrier on mine.

Agreed. Most Tourings are 4k miles minus and purchase price ends up way under asking, in this economy you can unfortunately see why this will have to be priced super competitively to move. And more and more are being offered up lately and will continue to be as 992 GT3 comes available.

Do you know if the PCCBs were worn down during the DE days? I would suspect very little based on past experiences.

Oddly, most of my friends around here in TX with tourings tend to drive them a lot more. I have several friends that are over 20K and 30K miles. Amazing cars indeed.
