I've decided to sell my 2019 GT3 RS with 14 track days on it and move to a dedicated race car (718 GT4 Clubsport) for the track. I rarely drive the RS on the street any longer, so I feel it's better to move to a race car for my track hobby.
I bought this car used with 789 miles on it after an extensive search. I was looking for an RS without all the unnecessary stuff (e.g., leather interior) but liked the look of the carbon fiber in the Weissach package so that was a must-have for me.

All of the following have been added since new (~$19,000);
10-Year Porsche Platinum Vehicle Service Protection - $5,849 (which, as far as I know, is transferable); in-service date was 02/01/2019
Full coverage with Xpel Ultimate PPF - $6,651
AP Racing Radi-CAL brake system - $11,000 new (OEM brake parts included with only about 789 miles on them) - AP Racing brakes SOLD (no longer included with car)
Spare set of rear Ferrodo DS3.12 brake pads - about $275 (SOLD - no longer included with car)
Cantrell half cage - $2,500 new
Schroth 6-point harnesses - ~$700 new
Sharkwerks exhaust (OEM exhaust included with only 789 miles on it) - $1,000
Window tinting - $551
Track alignment by Merit Partners

Wiring for radar detector
Frunk storage bin - $170
Rennline tow hooks (front and rear) - $250
Rubber floor mats (OEM included) - $80
Lithium battery + charger - $700 new
The Dunlops on the car are brand new (08/05/2020). I have three more Dunlops (two front; one rear) with about 10 heat cycles on them.
The back of the passenger side seat has some scratches where an over-zealous passenger put the seat back too far so the harness clips scratched the seat. After a little work with a Sharpie, it's hardly noticeable.
New windshield going in the week of 08/17 at a cost of about $1,600. Small chip in the driver's side rear glass (see pic).
Three oil changes since I've owned it and one test done by Blackstone at the first oil change.
So to replicate this setup would cost about $234,970. I'm pricing it at $190,000, and that price is firm (dealer already offered me $180k). This pricing is a solid deal relative to other WPs on the market.
New pics added 08/17/2020.
The car is a stunner on the track and gets lots of attention in the paddock. Happy to answer any questions about the car.

Thanks jadski! I’m talking to ACI about the possible move to a 718 CS. Trying to avoid the cup car rabbit hole you’ve gone down. 🤑
Sorry guys - been focused on the incoming Clubsport. Will post pics later this afternoon or tomorrow at the latest. Am also considering a Touring trade.
A quick bump to let everyone know if the car isn't sold this week that I'm going to start taking it back to stock and selling some of the parts. I've already got a buyer lined up for the Radi-CAL brakes.
