Competition IPD Plenum off a 2003 996 C4S- i'm pretty sure this fits 996 & 997 as it says it on the plenum itself. Also included is the throttle body as shown.

Yes it is. From IPD:

In this case, the Competition Carrera upgrades the factory OE 74mm throttle body with Porsche's 82mm 997 GT3 throttle body.

The throttle body measures 3” across. I will add a picture for clarity.
