Ordered the new 992 so time to sell my mint 2012 911s which I have owned and pampered since 2014(3rd owner). Platinum Silver Metallic over standard black interior. Optioned with PDK transmission, seat heating, 20 inch Carrera S wheels, colored Crest wheel caps, seat ventilation, sport chrono package, electric sunroof, navigation and 14 way power seats. Also has front fascia, half hood, partial fender, door handle and mirror caps covered in PPF. New SunTek ceramic tint on side and rear glass(this is light and legal). McGuard wheel locks installed. Always hand washed and waxed. Pirelli PZeros have approximately 3,000 miles bought new in 10/18. Discount Tire just looked at them and has them measured at 7/32" all around. Serviced at Houston Porsche North from purchase date( I bought it Certified from them at 17K miles) until I brought to Georgia in late 2017. Hennessy Porsche Atlanta has serviced the car since I moved it to Georgia having completed its 6yr/60k service in spring of '18 and most recently performed general inspection, oil service and 4 wheel alignment in 10/19 at 48k miles. Car is registered and titled in Texas. Has a clean Carfax report. NADA states the retail value at $52,250 and CARFAX suggests retail at $53,990. I am asking $50,500. Available for inspection in Alpharetta, Ga.(30 miles north of Atlanta airport) by appointment. Its been a great car, but looking forward to the new 992. NOTE: Pictures taken on an overcast day.

Car has always been serviced annually by Porsche. Other than Porsche service campaigns it has never had any repairs nor needed any. CARFax confirms same. Dealer had the car for annual service approximately 1000 miles ago no issues. Interior as nice as the rest of car- mint. Last picture is interior shot. Black never photographs well but the car has been garage kept since my purchase in 2014 both at work and home.
Nice car. I have owned 3 991 models (base with Aerokit, loaded S cab manual with PDCC, and loaded S coupe with all sport options) and they were all lookers. We now have a Mexico Blue 991S cab that came from a fellow Rennlister.
Pricing a car reasonably sure is a rarity around here! I am a firm believer that if I am going to go through the effort of trying to sell something, I might as well price it to guarantee a reasonable chance of success.
Most commodity Porsches listed here (those cars that aren't some sort of super rare 2.7 RS or Rubystone 964RS) are priced in the "I listed it for sale and nobody wanted it, sorry honey, we can't sell it" stratosphere, at or above dealer retail. If it isn't a win-win for buyer and seller (buyer pockets 5-10% more, seller pockets 5-10% more) then it isn't a win for anyone (prisoner's dilemma).
Thank you for your comments. Its priced slightly above NADA clean trade- in and as I pointed out in the ad $2-5K below retail Nada or Carfax estimate. As we all know dealer price most likely above that! I actually hate to see it go, but wifey confirms I have enough toys already especially with a new 992 on its way. I have receive quite a few private messages already.

He can wire you the money if there's enough TRUST establish between buyer and seller. I had bought cars sight unseen and got burned some (luckily not much) and some that exceeded my expectation. Being upfront on the negative features of the car helps a lot. Good luck.
