Description:
Bought the car (997.2 gt3) with just 15k miles...pristine condition
Took the seats out and outfitted car for track
Been keeping them in garage thinking would need them if sell car...reality is I love this thing/aint going to sell it!
So...if $$ make sense I could be convinced to let go of them.
Any advice on what I could get for them/should list them for?
greatly appreciated

Since you asked as part of the OP $4000 is a tough sell for manual/non-heated. they seem to be in excellent shape. I would pay $3000 max. Then there is the issue of shipping. Another $200-400? I'd say if you can list/sell locally that is the easiest way. GLWS

Manuals work on 996 so a lot of people prefer them. I had a set of these gt3 seats a while back in my 996 but sold them, for $2850 shipped (mine were just as mint) because I went full leather 997 manual sport seats which regularly sell for $2k +/-.
So that said 997 sport seats in leather for $2k it’s a tough sell for 50%+ premium for alcantara. I had to walk down the price on mine for a couple weeks to finally get $2850. Maybe you get lucky and find someone to pay $3500; it’s doubtful and would probably take months.
Price them to move at $2500 picked up.

I had the same seats listed at 2k with no serious interest. Maybe my price was too low.

Buyers gonna be buyers so may as well list them a wee bit high and let them knock you down a little bit. They will think they got the seats on their terms and will feel more obligated to purchase. Yours are super clean. I'd start them at $3,250.
