Engine was replaced under my ownership last July. Approximately 2,000 miles since swap. Replacement engine was sourced from a wrecked 2004 911 Carrera 2 (VIN WP0AA29924S621331) with 68,463 miles. Engine has the code M96/03AT665, indicating it was a Porsche remanufactured engine in 2005. Although I don't know when it was replaced within the life of the donor car, it has less than 68,463 miles. The replacement engine has a 997 style larger IMS bearing and other 997 style updates.
Carfax from my purchase of the car last April attached. A few pictures attached, I will be taking more later. Also willing to take pictures of specific areas on request.
No major service in my ownership aside from the obvious engine replacement and clutch replacement. RMS on new engine was inspected during both engine swap and clutch replacement and showed no signs of leaks or issues.
Suspension is OEM and I have no knowledge of it being replaced, so I assume it is original.
Brake pad thickness approximately 8mm, OEM pads.
Coolant reservoir shows no cracks or signs of leaks.
Axles look good, no cracks or tears in boots.
Oil changed <1,000 miles ago. Old filter was inspected and looked excellent. Power steering fluid and coolant were replaced as part of engine replacement.

I'm glad to take the car to any shop within a reasonable distance for a pre-purchase inspection at buyer's expense.
I would still consider selling it given the right offer.
