They will fit any Cayman or Boxster of 987.1 and 987.2 generations.

How does the ride differ from these to the OEM. This will fit a 987.1 correct?

These will fit 987.1 and 987.2
The main difference from OEM struts is ability to lower the car and adjust compression. You can make them almost as soft as OEM for street use or quite stiff for track driving. Adjusting is simple and doesn’t require removal of tires or any tools.
