Default Interested in your 997.1 GT3

Hey there,
I'm interested in this GT3 just have a few questions:
  1. How soon will the PCCB due for replace
  2. Is the steering wheel replacement was due to any airbag deployment?
  3. AFAYK, how long had the previous owners kept the car? How many miles put to the car?
  4. Do you know who installed the roll cage?

Thank you.

1. car wasn’t tracked so rotors should last a very very long time. He changed the pads whenever they were at 50%
2. No accidents. Clean title. He changed it cause it looks a million times better.
3. he had it about 7-8 years. Think he got it with 25k miles approx.
4. I don’t know. I can’t find out. Asked him to chime in.

Im the previous owner of this car and can chime in with more details.

Description:
I put 47k miles of the 64k miles on the car. 2 Keys and all books and records included. It is in excellent condition inside and out, has been garaged and driven occasionally on the weekends the last 2 years I owned it. It has been meticulously maintained - oil changes every 7k miles, PCCB pads never getting below 50% and rotors showing no signs of wear. The only thing that needs to be done is the welding/pinning of the coolant lines. There is no roll cage in the car anymore. It previously had the OEM Clubsport bar but I removed that before selling the car. However, the OEM clubsport roll bar mounting plates are in place, these were installed by Mike Tolle of Tolle Fab. The car also has Capital City Radiator Exit screens in the wheel well vent opening protecting the back of the radiators.

Mod list:

Interior:

Carbon Fiber:
  • Dash strip and trims
  • gt3 name plate on rear carpet
  • outer full length door sills
  • light switch surround
  • ignition surround
  • door rectangles
Leather with Yellow stitching:
  • OEM Dash
  • Sport chrono cover
  • Dome light surround
  • Dash end caps
  • Side PCM trim panels
  • Rear speaker covers
  • Upper front door panel

Alcantara with Yellow Stitching:
  • Shift boot
  • Center console lid
  • OEM 2010 GT3 RS CLA option steering wheel (thicker and black trim) with yellow stripe at 12 o clock
Other:
  • Yellow front Seat Belts
  • OEM Alcantara Lower Dash
  • Satin Black Painted PCM stack
  • Rear interior panels in leather and alcantara with yellow stitching
  • 2010+ round airbag and steering control module
  • Stock 2007 GT3 manual seats
  • Clearplex windshield protection film
  • OEM clubsport roll bar attachment plates in place
  • PMNA Cup Front Lip
  • Xpel Clear film on full hood, side view mirrors, a-pillers and front of sunroof, rocker panels and 3/4 way up in front of tire
  • 19" BBS CH-R wheels with Continental Extreme Contact Sport Tires (brand new tires)

Performance
  • Sharwerks/EvoMS Tune
  • Sharkwerks/EVoMS headers and modular 200 cell cats
  • Sharkwerks Bypass
  • Porsche 997 GT2 rear sway bar

GLWS. I know the guy you bought it from took really good care of the car.

You could always sell the 993 and keep the GT3.
