I just posted this part on eBay, please use the below link to purchase:
PORSCHE 996 Turbo rear spoiler drive assembly for parts only. I believe it is part number 99651224102. Removed from my 2001 Porsche 911 / 996 turbo because one of the spoiler rams was leaking. I do not know if the setup had any other issues. Condition is for parts or not working. Includes miscellaneous bolts from removal as shown in pics in the eBay advertisement:
