Is rebuilt TX title like in CA salvage title?

 

Salvage means that the car has been totalled
Rebuilt means that the car was totaled, but has been repaired to original specs and inspected by the state

i know, not ideal, value loss, etc. but this is a track car which seems to be in the same devalued category anyway

Clay.O beautiful build and I hope it sold. If not I am very seriously considering the car. Being from New York we have an annual OBIDII linked inspection process. Can you elaborate on the AEM Infinity ECU. Are you running it and if so have you retained the factory unit so I could switch back for the required annual? It's a make break for my consideration as our licence plates are actively scanned by law enforcement and our digital inspection results show up on the patrol cars screen in near real time. Ask Me how I know.

Lastly AEM infinity Software and AEM Data. are they freely transferable to a new owner their site does not elaborate on legacy ownership.
