***EDIT Car was in for PPI, and PORSCHE determined due to a tick the engine needed replaced. The car now has a brand new I believe "G" series engine with the latest/greatest upgraded parts. The engine has 30 miles on it, and after a long existential debate about keeping the car as a dedicated track car, I cannot justify both this & the RS. So it's back up for sale, with brand new engine, and still has about 1 month of CPO left in it. price is 110k FIRM.***

New RS is in-bound. This was formerly owned by Matt at Obsessed Garage. I'm technically the 3rd owner, 2nd owner purchased the car and had it for 9 days. I'm selling for what was offered for it on trade-in. Hoping that this car stays in the RL community. Car is currently under transferable CPO warranty only until 10/11/2019, BUT carries the (10-year 120,000 mile whichever occurs first) warranty on the 991.1 engine.

- Car is clean as expected, tires are in great shape, ONLY track time has been 3-4 laps at Road Atlanta at this years GT3 Smokies event-by a first timer so no damage done!
- Only Modifications are a GMG roll cage (painted silver to match interior trim and extended stitching/seat belts), lowered on factory coil-overs, clear bra rear 1/4s-extended.
- 20,000 mile service completed at Porsche Tampa, always serviced and up to date.
- Minor rock chips on front bumper nothing larger than pen head/no clear bra, quarter size ding on rear 1/4 panel down low-can easily be paint-less dent repaired, haven't had time to address it was quoted $300
- Car sits in climate controlled hangar in Tampa, Florida. (some images attached are from OG, if you need any specific pictures please don't hesitate to ask).

Asking price is what I've been offered as a trade in, I have about 2 weeks to move this before it gets traded in. Price is not negotiable, again only selling here in hopes this car that has turned me on to the GT3 community somehow stays here.
