Hello there,
Yes the car is indeed still available, I have not advertised it outside of a couple of message boards at this point. Thank you for your interest and let me know if you have any other questions.

Was there any mods to the interior to fit the roll bar? Any of the old seats still available? Is this a 3.4 or 3.6?

Hello there, sorry for the late response.
It's the factory Tequipment roll bar, so no modifications necessary. I do have the original front and rear seats as well as all the hardware but I think the car is much better to drive with the Recaro seats in place!
Since making this post, I have continued to improve a few things... New brakes, tires and modified cats (high flow), all 997 (less rotating mass) belt rollers.

axnseth, this car is fairly sorted as is so not sure if it fits a "project" though I suppose you can take it in a different direction. Anyway, I can't PM you either. Try calling or texting me. 919.374.0884

Clearly it hasn't sold b/c of the salvage title, and I understand it is priced accordingly, I appreciate your statement w/respect to "no apparent damage" but with all due respect you have offered few pics or info on what is usually a serious defect on any car. I assume there is no history on the extent of the water damage, again understand dealers of any stripe don't usu have same, name of dealer? Can you help in any way to dispel concerns, i.e., like a picture of the CE panel or other electrics, floor board, undercarriage? Miles on tires? Track time? maybe you just don't want to sell?
Repeating 2mAn's question: what size engine?

I have owned the car about 2 years now, and a total of 4 track events thus far and about 25k miles of street use. In that time it has gone through annual track tech inspection as well as event specific tech inspection (total of 5 times), two state safety inspections as well as the initial inspection when it was first brought into North Carolina upon my purchase. There is no evidence of water intrusion or damage that can be noted. I am happy to provide a picture of a specific area however as I have said, the carpets, wiring, etc. do not show any signs of water, stains or smell. Any prospective buyer is welcome to have a pre-purchase inspection performed at their expense as well. In my ownership, it has had absolutely no issues.
Aside from what's listed in the ad and subsequent replies, the tires were mounted yesterday (it has not been 15 miles yet - Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R, DOT legal track tires), brake pads are new (Pagid yellow RS-29 updated compound). It also has updated ignition coils and new spark plugs. Feel free to let me know if you have any other specific questions however I will probably make a new ad with all the updated info and actually advertise it when I get a chance perhaps around the holidays.
Thanks for the interest and comments
