Description:

GT2 Leather Heated Foldable Buckets only available Rest of World (SET) $8800 OBO plus shipping
Here is the deal, after stopping racing i ordered these new this summer to put in my street car because i was moving around so much during track days. At this point i probably have sat in them 10 times - they are like new. I had thoughts about getting a dual purpose 911 which is why i got the foldable buckets. I now have an opportunity to buy a track car i really like so im going to sell these to put that plan in action. The seats are spectacular as everyone says, they are comfortable for a two hour trip, seating position is awesome with or without a helmet on and really they are not bad in the least to get in and out of. I never liked the 14 ways with a clutch on my car because of how the front tilts and these fix that.

The seats are plug in play, took me 20 minutes to put them in, except for the passenger weight sensor that Euro cars dont get that will generate an airbag light. There is a well known work around to take weight sensor out of your current seat - a "track friendly" porsche dealer or indy or slightly technical individual can easily make this work. I did not worry about it.

The seats will ship in the original porsche factory box. Greyhound shipping is most economical but fedex probably wouldnt be that bad because of how light they are.

Please contact me @ spencerpittsburgh AT gmail or 412 four nine eight 9133. Thanks.

How do you activate the heat on the seats? Do the seats have their own button to activate or do they work off the standard console button?

Saw -

On 981/991’s they work with standard button for the sofas - it’s pretty neat.

Im just not certain what all hand shakes with 997/987’s.

So these have heated seat cushions that plug into an existing Porsche's heated seats button?

Correct - that’s the evolution of this row foldable bucket compared to last version. I was suspect - connected harness - bolted seat in and - hit my seat heater button and voila - warm buckets!!!

Default Here if the deal falls through

Hey there. I was curious what the offer is on these. Also if it’s possible would you be able to text me a photo of the seat heat connector wire? I have a 997 and want to see if this would plug in. If it does I would definitely be a buyer.

Thanks,
Max
