Exterior Condition

The Space Gray Metallic paint is all original and in overall excellent condition. Other than the imperfections below it looks great and does not have any dings or significant scratches.



Imperfections:

The right front 20" wheel has some curb rash. There is a baseball sized rub mark on the passenger side front bumper cover and a small imperfect area on the driver side bumper cover under the headlight. There are some stone chips on the front bumper cover. The running board aluminum shows some wear.



Interior Condition

The Nevada black leather interior is in excellent condition with carpeting, headliner and dash like new.



Imperfections:

The driver's side sport seat shows some minor wear compared to the passenger seat (see pictures) but is in very good condition with no tears or stains. The soft touch "rubber" on the steering wheel left side switch has been removed since it got minor bubbles (this is not detectable to the eye).



Notable Options

This X5 is very heavily optioned and stickered at over $70K. Rear climate, rear sunshades, self-leveling suspension, spare tire (!), heated steering wheel as well as front and rear seats, panoramic roof and so much more.



Quite good technology for a 2010 vehicle. This includes the latest large screen iDrive, "Top View" when reversing (amazing), Park Distance Control, Comfort Access (keep your key in your pocket), excellent 10 speaker sound system with satellite radio, Bluetooth calling that works perfectly with latest Apple phones. Voice controlled Navigation includes real time traffic data and updated maps.



This vehicle also has the unicorn option Adaptive Drive that adds tremendous handling to the driving experience. Adaptive Drive provides the "Sport" button and includes EDC (Electronic Damping Control), uprated shocks, springs, and Active Roll Stabilization. With the 20" wheels and 275 front/315 rear width tires the handling is simply amazing, but ride is still comfortable.



Misc

All owners manuals, two comfort access keys and maintenance records since new included. Seller also has a set of BMW winter wheels with dedicated run flat snow tires that can be negotiated separately.

The BMW has a clean Carfax and two previous owners including the seller. The first owner leased the X5 then purchased at lease end.



The original purchaser had the car delivered on 11/2009 and traded in to West German BMW with 57K miles on 4/2015. The vehicle was under factory warranty and extended service plan during that ownership period and exclusively dealer serviced. Dealer service summary is included in paperwork.



Current owner is a part time Porsche/BMW mechanic. Car was purchased from Doylestown BMW (Factory Dealer) in April 2014 with 57K miles. 40K enjoyable miles accumulated since purchase, and maintenance and other upgrades performed by the owner.



Mechanical Condition
Car is in excellent mechanical condition. 20" Run Flat Tires have 100%/Front 75%/rear tread remaining. Fronts are new 10/2018, rears are 2 years old. Recent service in last year includes Spark Plugs and Coils, New Water Pump with BimmerFix Stent Update & Coolant Flush. New AGM battery 5/2019. Oil changes have been performed using factory oil/filter at double the recommended frequency.
