Description:
OEM Porsche 996 GT3 Coilovers. Original Bilstein shocks with original H&R springs. Rears are leaking and will need to be rebuilt. Price reflects this. The set has about 45,000 miles on them per the rennlist member I bought the car from. These include the impossible to find front hats...the rears are the same as non-gt3 although I may have my extra's lying around. These came on my 02 C2 and both rears were leaking. I put off replacement for a while because having them rebuilt meant the car would need to be on jackstands for 2 weeks and my indy didn't want to give up the shop space for that long. He ALSO had a new set of PSS9's so for me the swap to those was an easy decision. Elephant racing in Santa Clara can do the rebuild and can custom tailor them to your exact desires in that process. Glenn Yee also rebuilds them.
This will fit 2004/2005 996 GT3 or 1999-2004 996 Carrera 2 (RWD). They are a nice upgrade for a Carrera 2.
Asking $750 OBO plus shipping to CONUS. Paypal payment only. PM if interested.
Thanks for looking!

Coil overs
What's the rebuild cost. I have an 02 C2 with an aged suspension.

I have a quote from Elephant Racing for 650 for the rears at OEM spec. Fronts were the same cost to rebuild but they are not leaking and show no signs of failure.
If you are really in Hawaii then I could certainly send them direct to elephant and then they could send them to you to avoid extra shipping.

Weighing all my options and this is 3rd on the list.
