Any idea if the blue part of the wheel (not the leather) can be swapped for black. I know the leather can be changed, so I am not concerned about that part.

If the car didn't have heated wheel will the heat still work?

no you will need the steering wheel module with the heated element.

found a matching blue wheel - from panamera.

op - i would compare the color code on the sticker re both the airbag + back of the wheel to see if the color code is the same. hopefuly this will help your sale.

just checked - both are 7M9. should be the same.

If i hadn't already custom done my black + blue wheel a few years back i would be all over yours.
