I need to make the final decision in just a few days (to be able to organize the transport), so no time for bargaining / going back and forth. I am pricing it at the price that would make me sell it, if I don't get to that level in a few days it comes with me... and that is more than fine.

I am the second owner, bought it in March 2016 from Suncoast Porsche in Sarasota, was a car they had originally sold and took as a trade in later from their recurring client.
CPO warranty till January 2020, so 6 months left, should be enough for initial peace of mind.

Serviced at The Collection Porsche since I bought it.
Almost new Michelin tires (3k miles or thereabouts). New rear brakes (fronts still have a long life ahead).
A few very minor rock chips in the hood / front bumper (see detailed pics), I think they were already there when I bought it, tried Dr Color Chip on a couple, but didn't get great results. Didn't want to respray for those, as can only be seen in direct sunlight.
