There were very few 987.2 (second generation) Cayman S models produced with the manual transmission (I believe 70 were brought into the USA and less with the rare Chrono Sport Package). The second generation Cayman S has an updated 3.4ltr 6 cylinder engine which does not have an IMS Bearing and has 320hp vs 295hp for the first generation engine.

I don't have a DME report. Trophy Performance can provide a full PPI which includes the DME for $250.
The tail pipes are stock. They were changed to round for the 2009-2012 models (also 2008 Sport).
The car is 100% stock except for the right and left Protect Strips which are from a Cayman R. Gaudin Porsche has those two parts on sale for $42.83 each (part #'s 987-505-528-04-01C and #987-505-527-04-01C).
