History

Clean history report with no reported accidents. The car was delivered new in Honolulu, HI. It then made its way to California in 2009. It was serviced at McKenna Porsche in Norwalk, CA. I do not have service records from this prior ownership but the Carfax shows it was dealer serviced at McKenna on a regular basis. The previous owner that I purchased the vehicle from purchased it from his brother in law in California and had the car shipped to Florida. He maintained the car at local independent shops in the Central Florida area. I have the majority of these records. Under my care the car has been serviced by myself and local independent shops. I have all of these records as well. To my knowledge the car has not been tuned or modified in any way.

Maintenance

Spark Plugs and 997 Ignition coils at 53,768 miles

Clutch accumulator at 53,768 miles

All four brake rotors and brake pad sets replaced at 57,355 miles

Rear Transaxle and Front diff fluid changed at 57,600 miles

Replaced all four front axle boots at 57,600 miles

Replaced all three radiators with CSF aluminum radiators at 57,800 miles

Four new tires installed at 57,900 miles

Alignment at 57,903 miles

Oil change using Mobil 1 at 58,262 miles

New accessory belt installed at 59,199 miles

Typical 996 Turbo Problem Areas

To my knowledge the coolant pipes have not been welded or pinned. I have no issues with 2nd gear pop out. The hydraulic wing functions without issue. Clutch accumulator and coil packs have already been replaced.

Interior

The interior is in overall excellent condition. The only spot that shows any wear worth noting is the drivers side seat bolster. No odd smells and there are no signs that it was ever smoked in. The factory carbon steering wheel is showing some cracks in the clear resin which is very common. The carbon shift **** and handbrake do not show any cracks. The car does have aluminum pedals but I don't see any markings and I don't know what brand they are or if they are factory. The A/C blows cold. The windows and sunroof function properly. The windows were tinted by the previous owner.

Exterior

Exterior paint is in great condition with minor imperfections that are to be expected of a car with this mileage. I do no have access to a paint meter but I have not seen anything that would make me think the car has been repaired. The wheels are in perfect condition with no curb rash or paint chipping. The brake calipers are in great shape with no signs of paint fade or pealing.

They came on the car. I don't see any markings so I'm not sure what brand they are. Sorry.
