To anyone who has an issue with the car having 4 owners ... After I bought the car, I had it shipped directly to the local Porsche dealership where I had my prior Porsche serviced. I asked Porsche to go through it with a fine tooth comb and tell me any issues. They found no issues. I then asked since there were no issues, if they would warranty the vehicle. And they said yes, but I would have to pay for one and they recommended Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., and which they (the Porsche dealership) would help me through the process. I did buy a warranty. This should tell you that the car had to be at some level of acceptable condition to warranty the car or else it would not be a good investment for them.
My initial plan is/was to sell back and get the unused portion of warranty upon the sell the vehicle; however, now if the new owner wants the warranty (to buy down the risk of having to pay for unexpected expensive repairs), then he/she would have to pay me (whatever the negotiated/agreed price is) over and beyond the cost the price of the Porsche itself. Or the new buyer can find an appropriate warranty company and get a new/different/lower-level warranty, but it might not be a wise option if one thinks the risk is low enough, the car is of good condition, and/or you can use the money for something else besides a warranty.
Bottom-line: The condition of the car is very good.

It's a shame that you even had to write this..... Your original write-up was very clear and detailed everything that it should have. Anyone complaining about having 4 previous owners are just looking to complain about something. This looks like a great car from a seller who seems to be very upfront and honest. I never respond to these things but for some reason this got to me.
Good luck with your sale. Looks like a great car at a fair price. Don't let the tire kickers get you down.
