Excellent condition 996 GT3 with perfect build for street and DE.
History: I am the 3rd owner. First owner was a collector who did European pickup 2004 then kept the car with occasional use and perfect maintenance and kept stock until 2012. Sold to 2nd owner with 6K miles. 2nd owner is a good friend and long term Porsche racing driver and instructor. He took the car to Premier Sportscar Service in Las Vegas http://premiersportscarservice.com where it was prepared for DE use by Kent Moore. Full Build receipts available and summarized below. It is essentially built as a Euro GT3RS.

After a bit over 2 years and only one DE day (he mostly instructs) and due to work travel, he sold it to me locally in 2015 with a bit over 11K miles to replace my 1978 911SC track car. I have taken it to about a dozen DE events over the past few years and have commuted a bit and weekend drives to get to its current 27,xxx miles.
It has been a dream car, but time to move on I think.

Some details:
- Guards red with front protection film and front bumper cutout from Euro GT3 template
- Euro Bucket seats with original US seats in new condition in storage
- Current steel brake discs with original ceramic discs removed at 11K miles in perfect condition. Pagid pads with about 3/4 life left.
- Cup car clutch and lightweight flywheel
- Motorsport rear roll cage with 6 point harness and street seatbelts in place
- Suspension parts for proper track alignment but with stock coilovers
- Coolant lines pinned
- Guard LSD
- 3 sets of wheels: Apex set in black with PS2s in good condition (in pictures), Oz Alleggerita titanium finish with NTO1 with 2 DE days and lots left, original GT3 wheels. All 18in.
-No accidents, clean car fax, good DME as of 18 months ago and happy to get new one.
