Selling my very clean 2006 Porsche Carrera 2S. The car has beautiful black paint to match it's black interior. The red accents on the aside truly make the interior POP on the car. Outfitted with Bose speakers and a Dension Bluetooth with mic lets you blast music straight off your phone with minimal work. This is an enthusiast owned automobile, i've taken good care of it in the 2.5 years of ownership and must now at something more viable to transport my newborn child.

Maintenance:

Since my ownership of the car it has been meticulously maintained, oil changes every 4 months. Car has been extremely reliable and has only had minor repairs done, notably;




-Beeds Ceramic Coating was applied to the paint in my first month of ownership

-Water Pump replaced at 46k miles

-Updated Harness Kit/Starter at 41k miles




Both of those are common issues with these cars.




Car is my daily driver and is extremely reliable.




Being that it is a 13 year old car it is not without it's quirks, and i'm a fan of full disclosure so here are a few things to note;




The 997 had a few hiccups and minor quirks like:




PASM mode has been disabled due to aftermarket suspension (fixed if you decide to revert the suspension back to original)




brake squeal (Porsche themselves have released videos explaining how/why it happens)




There is one small door ding on passenger's side door (its small to the point that I havent gotten it fixed but I know its there)




The cup holder at times decides to go rogue and refuses to stay in its docked position (when compartment is open)




Windshield fluid reservoir needs to be cleared out to allow liquid through (I use RainX so this isnt a problem for me)




Temp/AC buttons could use a refresh (notoriously bad in 997 generation)




All these are very minor nuances but I'd expect someone to list the good and bad of the car they're selling.
