Very clean GT silver 2014 GT3 with G series engine fitted in Oct 2018.

2 private owners. A clean Carfax will show 3, as first owner put the vehicle into an LLC.

Current mileage nearly 40,000m. Engine change at 38,263m due to excessive wear on the intake cam lobe number 6 cylinder. New replacement G series engine fitted by Fremont Porsche with the remainder of the 120,000 mile/ 10 year warranty to run. (80,000 miles/ 5.5 years ). Fully documented.

Vehicle also has the remainder of the new vehicle factory warranty until 10/27/2019.

MSRP $145,705 with options as per the build sheet photo. Essentially - FAL, extended fuel, 4 way sofas, steel brakes, leather interior with red stitching. No SAT radio.

-complete paint protection film over the whole car from day 1. ($8000)
- sharkwerks centre muffler bypass fitted. Do not have the original. (S1700)
- backing camera professionally installed and a stage 2 stereo upgrade ( new amp and front tweeters) completed by Musicar Northwest. ($4700)
- spoiler tips, door handles and mirrors painted in black.($600)
- all 4 centre wheel locks have been replaced under warranty, as 2 were not engaging properly, one was fine and one was difficult. Minor corrosion due to water ingression, but not sure how this occurred.($3200)
- the replacement engine has 1700 miles on it. A yearly service was completed at 1000 miles, with an oil change and filter inspection done. Nothing of note, plus a PDK clutch service was also done at the same time.
- the service report noted the front tires remaining wear at 4mm and the rears 5mm. The brakes - front 9/9, rears 8/8. The front brake pads were replaced at 30,245 miles.
- no track days by the previous owner and only one by me. Novice class with an instructor at a Hooked on Driving event.

I have owned this car for 1 year and absolutely love it. Only selling, as I would like to get a .2
as I begin my retirement.
