=Up for sale is my baby for the last 3 yrs... a Certified Pre Owned 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera S.
Full Porsche Warranty till July 31st 2020, clean CARFAX, regularly maintained including new rear tires, big 4yr/40k mile service performed and registration good till Aug 2019... nothing to do but enjoy.
I picked her up in Feb 2016 from Porsche Walnut Creek after the original owner traded her for a GT3. Car was originally built in March 2014 and then sold in July 2014 so it's a true 2014 car.
Original equipment includes Premium Pkg, 14 way power memory seats, 7 speed PDK, Sports Chrono Pkg plus, Porsche Dynamic Light System, Bose Audio Pkg, Sport Design Mirrors, Panoramic Roof, turbo design wheels, Instrument dials in white (inc sport chrono) and front and rear Parking assist totaling a $118k MSRP.
Tastefully modified with a factory looking backup Camera, 3M Crystalline film installed to all windows which greatly reduces interior heat and the mandatory Porsche Sports Exhaust which sounds amazing.
All services have been performed by House Automotive in Pasadena including the big 4yr/40k mile service (I can forward details of all services)
Car currently has 26,400 miles and was just treated to new rear tyres (front tyres are 1 yr old). Never eaten in, never smoked in and it s been regularly detailed and has a ceramic coating making washing a breeze... only negative are a few stone chips from LA driving but they are minor.
I thought I would keep this car forever but life always changes... come get the last Normally Aspirated 911 Carrera by Porsche.
Auto check report shows no accidents. Car leased till Feb but will buy out lease whenever a new owner is found to make the transfer easier.

Do you have a recent Carfax report ??? Have you had all the scheduled maintenance done ???
