It is still for sale. I am the 2nd owner - purchased from Porsche dealer Certified Pre-Owned (still under CPO warranty). All scheduled maintenance done on time by either dealer or german specialty shop (TGA). Rear tires are 80-90% (replaced in 6/2017) and front are original and passed state inspection last month. Happy to show you the car. It's in Greenway Plaza area of Houston.
