Since you asked for feedback, to me it looks to be priced very fairly, given MSRP and mileage.
People can hang on the sidelines for the as-yet unannounced successor to this car, but in the meantime, they'd be missing out on the enjoyment of one of the all-time best driver's cars Porsche has ever made.

Update: Ive had a bit of interest and the price seems to be in the ball-park. I will pull the cover and get the car out of the garage for some pics either tomorrow or Saturday and will then update the listing with all of the additional detail I can come up with.
