Description:
Hello fellow Rennlisters,
Below are the details of my 2005 911 Turbo S for sale. I am sure many here know of the rarity of this car and what additional options make it special. If not, please continue reading the next paragraph.
Boasting a production run of just 1,563 units, with only 600 of those in coupe form, the 996 Turbo S came at the very end of the 996 production cycle in 2005, and was given a full treatment of options. These options make the vital statistics of the Turbo S very impressive. Power is raised by 30bhp to 450bhp, and pulling power leaps to 457 lbs from 412. This increase in engine responsiveness manifests itself during in-gear acceleration - which is stunning. The engine delivers these remarkable figures courtesy of larger turbochargers, modified intercoolers, and revised engine management electronics. Additionally, the six-speed manual transmission has been strengthened to handle the torque increase. Also, fitted as standard on the Turbo S models are Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes, commonly known as PCCB's. This system offers a 50% weight reduction per wheel over the conventional steel brakes, as well as superior fade resistance under heavy braking.
-Now to the listing-
The car is an all original, bone stock, never modified, never tracked, example of a well lived 996 Turbo S. I say well lived because of the higher mileage, ~96,000. The car is remarkable condition, and not just because of the miles. I would still consider it exceptional if it had half of the miles. I hope the professional pictures below will highlight this. The car has been dealer maintained and comes with a Porsche factory COA. While I despise this cliche, it runs and drives great!
The vehicle has a half hood & half fender clear bra, as well as clear bra over the headlights. No dents, dings, nicks, or scrapes. The only blemish to note is one very minor scratch to the front valance/lip (pictured below).
Option wise, this car is highly optioned (COA Pictured) as expected from a late Turbo S with the addition of the factory Aero-Kit. Most 996ers prefer the aerokit on the Turbos as the hydraulic rams on the stock spoiler have tendencies to fail and are costly to replace. The Aero-kit's spoiler is fixed with no hydraulics.

Finally, the pictures. They're high resolution and Rennlist wasnt letting all of them upload so a couple are below but the remainder you can find here: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmoPkWkQ

My understanding is that there were 186 manual coupes imported, so it's a rare car indeed. GLWTS! Find her a good home!
