2.9L V6 Macan S/GTS - High Flow Cats!
Fabspeed's Sport Catalytic Converters replace the restrictive factory cats with high-performance German-imported 200-cell HJS catalytic converters for significantly improved performance and sound. These Sport Cats flow 93 - 95% the rate of a straight pipe. Fabspeed Motorsport invested a lot of time and resources into developing the best possible downpipes and we're now proud to offer you this latest and greatest solution.
Check them out here - Fabspeed Porsche Macan 2.9L V6 Sport Cats (2019+) https://cdn11.bigcommerce.com/s-fh9w...591152.jpg?c=2 SOUND: The new 2.9l “hot V” V6 is a great sounding engine but unfortunately the restrictive OEM catalytic converters choke the sound. These Sport Cats flow 93-95% of a straight pipe and really let this engine sing. Expect a significant increase in exhaust growl and turbo sounds. Pops, bangs and crackles will be much louder and sharper. Best of all, there is no interior drone whatsoever. FEATURES:

Sport Catalytic Converter (STREET) - This product removes the OEM catalytic converters from the vehicle, and as such, is strictly intended for closed track events and off-road use only. This product contains a High-Flow Sport Catalytic Converter solely intended for track and race cars as it is NOT California Air Resources Board Certified and not EPA certified. You are hereby informed and warned to check your local, state, and federals laws before buying and installing these or any aftermarket parts to be sure whether usage is in violation. All installation-risk and use-risk is borne by the end-user and installer of these parts. |
Thanks - tired eyes missed that. Wonder how easy to swap out when emission test time comes?

So just noise - nothing more - they do look nice though!

PSA - any "high flow" cat will never be carb legal.
On the other side of things, CAI and short ram, possibly can be carb legal, but those intakes do nothing but give you the pseudo woosh sound. |

Extraordinarily easy, we can swap them in under a couple of hours! (They also meet all federal emissions standards, but will fail California's mandated visual inspection obviously)
