Macan Sun Visors Don't Slide

The sun visors drive me nuts. Having had an 11 year old Mercedes before the "Mac" we were spoiled. Not only did the Merc visors slide to cover more of the side window when driving with the sun on the left, but it also had a flip-down visor for the windshield.

Does anyone know if there is a retro-fit visor available that slides to extend the Macan visor? I'm tired of using a piece of cardboard. Makes the Mac look like a POS.

I bought this one. Works well enough, though I am thinking of shaping the ends to make a better fit when I extend it to the A-pillar.

If you mount it on the other side of the visor it will let you use the vanity mirror.

I bought one of these from eBay, for my Cayenne (same problem as Macan). I tried it only once and it wasn't worth it. After installation, it covers up the mirror and there's a loose rivet holding the pieces together that makes a vibrating noise when you're idling or driving.

Visors on our '17 Q7 definitely had the ability to slide. If there's no after-market available, wonder if there is anything from the VWAG parts bin that would work.

I have been using TuckVisor for a few years and really like it. We have them in both of our cars including an Audi that has sliding visors that do not stop 100% of bright sun at certain angles. These fix that problem, an friends that have driven with us have ended up purchasing them for their own vehicles..

Just got my Tuck Visor last week - works great! Thanks for the tip & link.
