First Sighting - Macan EVSE Charger for North America -- Called "Porsche Universal Charger"

In Europe, Porsche does not include a « free » charger with Macan. Shame on them.
I will probably buy one from Tesla or generic brand, no way I give 1000e to Porsche for that (you have to buy the charger, and the cable outlet is not included, you must also buy it separately… so in the end, 1000e!)

this is not certain that this is the Macan's included EVSE - but it's the one being included right now with 2024 Cayenne eHybrids - so it's informed speculation - it is a new Porsche Mobile EVSE - the Porsche Universal Charger is a new "name" and a new part number vs. previously available Porsche Mobile EVSE's - it's not clear if there are any actual differences between this unit and a PMC+…

we lack confirmation this is the unit that will ultimately come with Macan's - but it's likely given it's what is being distributed with the Hybrids

time will tell what Macan owners actually receive in North America.
