Default Pre-Production Macan EV at PECLA

I was on a road trip between Bay Area and LA and stopped at a gas station with EA stalls. A Pre-Production Macan EV pulls in with a German engineer/product manager. He didn't allow pics of the interior, but the car he was driving was "near version 0" according to him. He stated he is going to PECLA, so if anyone is there this weekend, you may see the car.

The interior is fantastic btw.

I wonder what they are still testing and evaluating on these cars? Another thread had mentioned the big hold from July to September is due to new software they want on the cars before release?

I would see Porsche development vehicles often on the roads behind IKEA in Carson, down the road from PECLA. The roads are pretty crappy, so my assumption is they were doing suspension calibration and validation for bad US roads.
