Any pictures or thoughts on “Summerwood” interior trim?
I see it listed but have yet to find a single picture of it on the web. Anyone ever had it please? Could share a picture or impressions?
Thank you.
Thank you.

My build includes summerwood. It shows in the interior pictures of the configurator on the doors and dash. I’m expecting something visually similar to Tesla.

Of course, the obvious place. Thanks stanwyk for directing me to where I should have gone originally. While the 360 better views are closed down now (I notice that daily during daylight because I think because Europe viewers overwhelm it during the U.S. daytime), in the interim I got a regular screen shot from where you long ago found it. I will still tonight get the better 360 view ones, but in the interim.
Now that my wife and I have seen Summerwood, we will be spec’ing in too. Again, thank you.

This site has a few different pictures. My impression is fairly similar to medium stained bamboo, which would look especially nice with brown interiors.

The site implies they are using Karuun Stripe

Great find by you sparkhill too. I here reposted two of the site you found’s pictures. In case anyone missed it, if one get’s the passenger display screen, there is no trim in that location
I love it when forum members help each out instead of dissing others.

Re-do on our part; we went from the Black/Bordeaux interior to the black interior with Speed Blue seat inserts and stitching to fit better with our Gentian exterior; it now has Summerwood on its door panels/dash (thanks again to all the pictures posted earlier of it).

Summerwood looks nice, but I wonder if carbon interior package would look even better?

Good point. While not now thrilled with the weave pattern of Porsche’s interior matte carbon fiber (as my wife and I remember it), we will definitely visit a dealer which has it in a vehicle in stock before making this decision. So nice we are not actually placing our order until the 2026 ordering cycle opens; i.e., based on our at least 25 configurations we have made to date, it is good we have more time before decision time is at hand.
Posts and pictures by forum members have already taught us a lot, have been most appreciated. Yet we have lots more to learn; guessing that will include several dealership visits as the new 2025 Macan EV’s start to arrive (current July/August ETA) to look at colors and trim options in person. Unfortunately no dealership is close. The configurator while far better than most brands, is a great place for us to start; we have eliminated some potential options so far. However seeing things in person will be necessary for us for each final decision.

Are you sure you have your model years correct? As per my well-informed sales manager, the first ones delivered will be 24's followed shortly thereafter by '25's. Are you not ordering until mid 2025?

I wish we had better pics of the oak silver metallic trim. I saw my chalk interior in person today and it’s more gray/off white then the configurator sorta portrays and I’m wondering if the lighter wood may clash over just doing a brushed aluminum.
