Are folks getting a similar message, i.e. Macan 4s allocations are coming in sooner than Turbos?
100%. Porsche know they will sell many more 4 trims than Turbo, the allocations reflect that. For the initial allocations, I’ve seen a 4:1 to 5:1 ratio at a few dealerships.

Yes, Turbo allocations are limited so far. My small local dealer has received zero Turbo allocations to date (or they are not telling me the truth).

Same message I’ve heard too. Want a Turbo, prepare to wait.

I’ve heard same message about Turbo — none of the dealers near me got very many allocations so far, and they all have waitlists that include people who reached out years ago.

I’m not super excited about an SUV in general, so I’m happy to wait for exactly the spec I want. But it’s funny how much the official Porsche materials don’t seem to acknowledge the full extent of the wait involved on Turbos.

Thanks for the responses. Makes me feel "a little" better. I can wait. Happy driving my F80 M3 6-speed as I wait :-)

Thanks for sharing! Seems less like an update based on news than a re-hash of what’s been floating around so far.

Would love to get an actual update from Porsche or someone talking to them. 🤞🏻

I read this entire article - I find it mostly to be content free - no real information - the headline software issue is a rehashing of the issues from 2022 when it was delay'd the first time…and the Macan is no longer based on the cardid software - but Q6 is…honestly there is nothing here of any substance IMHO.

I think my freeze was June 10th or something similar as well, although I was quoted July 28th and June 18th previously. Bummed because I wanted to change my order.

Hi guys,

I had to let go of my Macan EV Turbo allocation: it’s locking end of July and getting delivered in October. Tri state area.

Being sold at MSRP, no ADM.

Any takers? DM me!

Still getting the Macan, thanks for asking.
Just had to shift it to a later allocation, should be getting mine in January.

Anyone wanting a Turbo in less than 3 months, there’s your chance!
