Customer Support/Product Specialists – Aftermarket Porsche Suspension

Compensation: Depends on experience
Employment type: Full Time

We are now seeking a customer support product specialist to work directly with customers providing product support, identifying suspension setup requirements, and building custom solutions through product recommendations. This position necessitates excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as a love for the automotive industry. Customer support is primarily through phone and email communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong automotive technical knowledge and interest
• Strong computer skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Very strong organizational skills
• Porsche experience is a plus

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Product technical support by phone and email
• Sales support helping customers choose appropriate products for custom applications and needs
• Evaluating customer requirements and vehicle setup and configuration
